A Himalayan size thank you goes out to Robin Bushell from Mountain River Crag Outdoor First Aid Training for sponsoring our Still Paddling Scholarship recipients with Wilderness First Aid Training.  

Its been almost 2 years since the Gorkha Earthquake, and our scholarship recipients have grown from traumatized trainees to quality junior guides.  We could not have supported the development of their careers without the generosity of such companies like Mountain River Crag.  The future is bright.

Robin not only provided 1st time practical whitewater focused wilderness first aid training to our trainees, but also offered refresh & re-certification to our experienced guides.  Its amazing to work with a passionate outdoor professional who understands that learning emergency procedures is best done actively participating and practicing in a real life outdoor environment.  Our crew were thrilled with the quality instruction and challenging scenarios which took place on the Upper Seti River – our favorite back yard run right here in Pokhara, adventure capital of Nepal.
