Upper Seti River Kayaking – 1/2 Day

Half-Day Adrenaline Rush: Class III+/ IV Rapids Near Pokhara

TRIP HIGHLIGHTS

“Short and Sweet”
Just 30 minutes from Pokhara’s Lakeside, the Upper Seti Kayaking Run is a short but seriously intense white-water challenge — and it’s for advanced, experienced kayakers only. This isn’t a gentle float or a rafting trip; it’s a full-on, technical descent through continuous Class III+/IV rapids. The water is fast, clear, and powerful, with stunning views of the Annapurna range and a narrow gorge strung with prayer flags and a suspension bridge.
In just 90 minutes, the Upper Seti packs in more action than many rivers do over several days, which is why it’s a firm favourite among local paddlers. We run it twice daily, so if you’re a confident kayaker looking for an intense hit of white-water in Nepal’s adventure capital, this is the one to do
The perfect quick hit of white-water adrenaline — no long drives, just pure action for experienced kayakers.
