“Bespoke Lower Kaligandaki”
The Lower Kaligandaki River is a stunning section of river almost forgotten since it was separated it from the more wild & famous Mighty Kali. What remains is a spectacular & pristine 6 day river journey through jungle rich with wildlif, waterfalls, remote villages and stunning white sandy beaches perfect for setting up camp under the stars.
We only run this bespoke trip a couple times a year in order to preserve its incredible natural beauty. An angler’s dream, this river is home to a variety of fish including the golden mahseer and flows towards the popular Chitwan National Park.
Gentle enough for families, but with the odd whitewater drop for a little excitement, the Lower Kaligandaki River is also a great option for those looking to learn whitewater kayaking away from the crowds.
If you are looking for a truly unique outdoor adventure for your family, this amazing 6 day river journey shares the most pristine natural environment with just enough whitewater excitement to create long lasting memories for every age.
