With our attention to safety, extensive training, and genuine interest in environmental & cultural awareness, we are dedicated to help improve rafting and kayaking conditions in Nepal to make whitewater adventures more enjoyable for foreign visitors and provide better opportunity for Nepali river guides.
Although there is currently little regulation in the whitewater industry in Nepal and pretty much anyone with little to no training can open up a rafting company and take foreign travelers on whitewater rivers - we know the risks and we are not willing to compromise on safety. 100% Nepali owned, we are proud to have the experience and understanding to operate with an international mentality, strict about our safety, ethical and environmental responsibilities.
Our founder, owner and managing director Nim B Magar is an executive member of NARA (Nepal Association of Rafting Agents). This honour gives us a platform to lobby with the local government and international community to help to improve industry regulations, safety standards and fair working conditions for our fellow Nepali river professionals.
Our operations manager and co-owner Santosh B Magar is equally committed to improve conditions and opportunity for our fellow river guides as acting Vice President of HRGAN (Himalayan River Guides Association of Nepal).
