Lower Seti River Rafting – 2 Days
Family and beginner-friendly white-water rafting, riverside camping & jungle scenery near Pokhara

TRIP HIGHLIGHTS

“Easy Does It”
This unforgettable rafting adventure takes you down a unique river that winds through two stunning and contrasting regions, showcasing the very best of Nepal’s landscapes. Along the way, you’ll paddle past charming local villages, rice fields, sparkling waterfalls, and suspension bridges — with the chance to spot wildlife in the jungle that lines the banks. Each night ends perfectly on a beautiful sandy beach, where you can relax and camp beneath a sky full of stars.
The Lower Seti’s low volume and warm water makes it ideal for whitewater rafting — perfect for families and first-timers, yet with plenty of fun, bouncy rapids to keep things exciting. Between the thrills, there are calm stretches where you can simply float and take in the scenery.
Finishing near the Chitwain, this trip is the perfect way to get off the beaten track — a refreshing, adventurous, and truly memorable alternative to just taking the bus to one of Nepal’s most popular travel destinations.
If you are looking for a gentle river adventure, travelling with young children or simply looking for a unique way to get from Pokhara to Chitwan, then this is the perfect trip.
