With relatively small water volume and a very pleasant warm water temperature this river is a great introduction to white water adventure, perfect for families, first timers or those interested in learning white water kayaking.

The Lower Seti River finishes near the Chitwan National Park, making it a great way to get off the beaten track, avoid the bus and enjoy the peaceful life along the river as you float your way to one of Nepal’s most famous adventure destinations.

If you are looking for a gentle river adventure or simply want to avoid the bus from Pokhara to Chitwan, then this is the perfect trip for you.

Just to say a big thank you for two great days rafting with steering by a world championship contender! How lucky can six old people get! The support from all the guides was great. How do they manage to make chips on a sand bank!? Mike from England.
