Canyoning
Canyoning is an amazing full body and mind experience that enables you to explore some of the last forbidden places in the Himalayas. Journey through intimate passages of contorted rock and powerful blasts of water as your guide leads you in abseiling, climbing, jumping and sliding down steep canyon walls and waterfalls to deep pools below. As many true adventure seekers have discovered, the most rewarding swimming hole is at the bottom of a 40 meter cascading waterfall.

Our Whitewater Pursuits Specialists at Paddle Nepal are constantly scouting out new canyons, caves and waterfalls to explore and our highly trained and safety certified guides are geared up and ready to show you some of Nepal’s best kept secrets.

Mountain Biking
The foothills of Nepal are one of the best playgrounds for mountain bikers. Trails offer scenic beauty as you pedal through villages, terraced rice fields, temples, monasteries, with spectacular views of the snowy peaks of the Himalayas. We work with reputable mountain biking specialists who provide quality gear and expert guides who can take you on off-road dirt trails where other bikers may not have been before. Whether you are a beginner or recreational cyclist or and avid mountain biker – we can find the right trail for you.

Paragliding
Nepal forms a rectangle on the southern slopes of the Himalaya and is without exception, the most stunning country imaginable (if we don’t say so ourselves!) The main area for paragliding is the Pokhara Valley, commanding views of 3 of the worlds 8000m peaks with friendly and constant conditions for your flying. 30 minute tandem flights, 1 hour cross country flights as well as paragliding courses are available. We have a good relationship with all three paragliding operators in Pokhara and can help to arrange your air time.

Jungle Safari
Venture into the Chitwan National Park or even more remote Bardia National Park to observe wildlife from an Elephant backed safari. Professional naturalists will lead you into the heart of the jungle where one-horned rhinos charge through the elephant grass and Royal Bengal tigers lurk in the thick bushes. Gaur bison, sloth bear, wild boar, deer, monkeys and leopards roam free. Crocodiles slither through jungle pools and the sky above flutters with over 400 species of birds and 10 of the world’s 14 species of butterfly.

Many of Paddle Nepal’s rafting and kayaking adventures conveniently finish near these National Parks, and our guides can make it easy for you to access two of the most fascinating destinations on earth.

Everest Mountain Flights
For those who are restricted by time or other considerations from going trekking, you don’t have to miss out on Mount Everest. One hour Mountain Flights offer panoramic views of the Himalayas, highlighting our sacred “Chomolungmu”.

Bungy Jumping
The bungy jump in Nepal may be the most spectacular jump on the planet. At 160 meters high in a tropical gorge with the Bhote Kosi, one of the world's wildest rivers, raging below and next to the Tibetan border, Ultimate Bungy is Nepal's ultimate rush and one of the longest free-falls in the world.

Yoga & Meditation Retreats
If you are looking to explore your mind, body and soul, Nepal is the perfect destination. There are several monasteries, ashrams and meditation retreats where you can seek enlightenment or simply find your downward dog.
